These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Globle Web Solution website and general service enquiries made through the website. Specific projects and paid services may also be governed by separate proposals, invoices, statements of work or agreements.

1. Services

Globle Web Solution offers independent IT support, website services, digital marketing, software-related services and related business support. Service availability, scope, pricing and timelines may vary depending on the requirement.

2. Customer Authorization

You agree to request technical assistance only for devices, systems, accounts and networks that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions before requesting support.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate backups, protecting passwords and security credentials, and following reasonable instructions provided during support. Do not provide online-banking credentials, payment-card PINs or one-time authentication codes to our team.

4. No Guaranteed Technical Outcome

Technology issues can depend on hardware condition, third-party software, internet providers, manufacturer restrictions and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved or that a device can be restored to a particular condition.

5. No Guaranteed Marketing Results

SEO rankings, traffic, leads, advertising performance, sales and revenue are influenced by competition, market demand, platform algorithms, advertising budgets, website quality and other factors. Specific marketing outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Brands

Services may involve Google, Meta, Microsoft, software publishers, hosting providers, domain registrars, printer manufacturers, router manufacturers and other third parties. Their availability, policies, pricing and decisions are outside our direct control.

7. Independent Service Provider

Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. Unless specifically and truthfully stated otherwise, Globle Web Solution does not claim to be an official service center, manufacturer, authorized reseller, partner or representative of those third-party companies.

8. Payment

Fees, deposits, recurring charges, third-party costs and payment schedules will be communicated before or as part of the applicable paid service. Failure to pay agreed charges may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, original branding, graphics and materials created by Globle Web Solution may be protected by intellectual-property law. Ownership and usage rights for client project deliverables may be further described in the applicable project agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Globle Web Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use or services, including loss of data, business interruption or third-party platform actions.
